Glucose 2.0
Agar-agar 6.0
Final pH 7.4 ± 0.2

For the detection of anaerobic bacteria and sterility testing.
Suspend 38 g/l. Autoclave for 20 minutes at 121°C.
Incubate anaerobically at 30-37°C for 1-7 days.
