Peptone from casein 7.5
Sodium chloride 5.0
Agar-agar 15.0
pH 7.5 ± 0.1

Sugar-free agar for determining the count of so-called infective microorganisms in butter, in compliance with FIL-IDF recommendations.
Suspend 35 g/l.Autoclave for 15 minutes at 120°C.
Incubation 48 h at 30°C, then 48 h at 20°C.
