To detect faecal streptococci

For the confirmation of faecal streptococci in water after culture in Rothe medium.
Suspend 35.7 g/l. Autoclave 15 minutes at 121°C. The medium is inoculated from a culture on Rothe medium.
Incubation 24-48 hours at 37°C.
