Reading
- A black or greenish colour of the broth indicates a very strong Listeria presumption.

Direction:s
- Suspend 47.4 g in 1 litre of distilled water.
- Autoclave 121°C/15 min.
- Cool to 45°C.
Supplement:
- Add one dose of Merck Palcam Listeria Selective Supplement 12 122 in 500 ml of prepared broth.
- Inoculate 25 g of the sample food (meat, milk?) in 225 ml of broth. Homogenise in Stomacher if necessary.
- Incubate at 30°C/48 h.
