Final pH 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C.

Recommended for the neutralisation of disinfectant traces (phenolic et quaternary ammonium compounds) on surface sampling.
Medium preparation:
Suspend 25.7 g/l.
Autoclave at 121° C/15 min.
Incubation:
24-48 h/25°C.
Storage:
2-8°C for the prepared broth.
