For the detection of Lactobacilli.

Same culture medium as ?MRS Agar? without agar.
Suspend 55.3 g/l (Biokar, Difco) or 52.2 g/l (Merck).Autoclave for 15 minutes at 120°C.
Incubation: 48 h at 37°C.
