Directions:
Suspend 57.4 g in 1 litre of demineralised water.
Autoclave at 121°C/15 min.
For the half-concentrated Fraser broth: add the reconstituted contents of one vial of antibiotic mixture and one vial of ammonium iron (III) citrate into 1 litre of broth cooled to 50°C.
For the Fraser broth: add the reconstituted contents of a second vial of antibiotic mixture.
