BENEFITS:
Complete 100 ml filter unit, presterilised and disposable, with membrane filter and pad for culture medium.
Faster and simpler water analysis.
DESCRIPTION:
Unscrew the bottom port plug (6) and place the included adaptor. Assemble a vacuum flask with a 1-hole stopper.
Filter the water sample through the membrane (2).
Pour 2.5 ml of suitable culture medium into the funnel. Filter for 1 sec so that the medium impregnates the pad (5).
Remove the funnel (3). Fit the lid (4).
Screw the port plug back on (6).
Incubate at the required temperature.
Enumerate colonies.
