Ready-to-use products:

Peptone (pancreatic, from meat) 10.0
Sodium chloride 5.0
Disodium phosphate 9.0
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.5
Final pH 7.2 ± 0.2 at 25°C

For the preparation of stock suspensions from powdered and concentrated milk, yogurts, dairy products, animal products an other food products.
Also used for Salmonella pre-enrichment.
Suspend 25.5 g/l. Autoclave 15 minutes at 120°C.
Incubation 18 hours at 37°C.
