Final pH: 7.2 ± 0.2
Enables the selective isolation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in diverse products.
PREPARATION
Suspend 44.5 g/litre, add 10 ml of glycerol p.a.
Autoclave at 121°C/15 min.
Pour plates.
