Bacto Yeast Extract 5 Bacto Tryptone 12.5 Bacto D-Mannose 2 Sodium Citrate 5 Sodium Chloride 5 Dipotassium Phosphate 5 Manganese Chloride 0.14 Magnesium Sulfate 0.8 Ferrous Sulfate 0.04 Tween 80 0.75 Adjust pH to 7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°c. ---------- Particularly suitable for Salmonella enrichment in foodstuffs. Suspend 36.2 g/l. Heat at 100°C for 1-2 minutes. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Incubation 18-24h at 37°C. ----------
