- Tear off top of bag along the perforation.
Fig. 2 :
- Use pull-tabs to pull open the bag.
- Place sample in bag.
Fig. 3 :
- Hold bag by wire ends and twirl 3 to 4 times to close the bag.
- Fold wire ends inward onto bag.

Round wires provide improved seal compared to flat ones.
